CSDDD / CSRD
Definition
The EU's Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (a substantive duty to address human-rights and environmental harms across the value chain) and Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (a detailed disclosure duty). Both were narrowed by the 2026 Omnibus I package.
